- Place one tablet in your mouth and chew until it forms a paste.
- Wet your toothbrush and brush for two minutes as usual.
- Spit, rinse, and repeat twice daily.
- Refill your tin when empty (refills sold separately).

Dental Floss:
- Pull 18–24 inches of floss and wrap around your index fingers.
- Gently slide between each tooth, reaching just below the gum line.
- Use a clean section of floss between each tooth.

Bamboo Toothbrush:
- Hold by the handle and brush teeth and gums using gentle circular motions.
- Rinse thoroughly after use and allow to air dry.
- Store in the bamboo toothbrush stand to keep upright and ventilated.
- Replace every 3–4 months or when bristles wear down.

Bamboo Toothbrush Stand:
- Place on a flat, dry surface in your bathroom.
- Insert your toothbrush to keep it upright and allow proper airflow.

Toothpaste Tablets: Store in a cool, dry place with the lid sealed. When empty, refill the tin - do not discard it. Tin is recyclable.

Dental Floss: Store in the glass bottle between uses. When empty, refill the spool - the glass bottle is reusable indefinitely. Floss is compostable where facilities are available. Glass bottle is recyclable.

Bamboo Toothbrush: Rinse thoroughly after each use. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area - avoid closed containers or moist spots. Replace every 3–4 months or when bristles wear out. At end of life: compost the bamboo handle. Remove bristles first if composting at home, bristles can be recycled separately if possible.

Toothbrush Stand: Wipe with a damp cloth to clean. At end of life: fully compostable.

1. Do toothpaste tablets work as well as regular toothpaste?
Yes. Huppy tablets contain the same active cleaning ingredients as conventional toothpaste: hydroxyapatite for enamel protection, xylitol for cavity prevention, and baking soda for whitening. Most people adjust within 1–2 weeks.

2. How long does one tin of 62 tablets last?
About one month with twice-daily brushing (one tablet per use).

3. Is the dental floss really compostable?
Yes. It is made from plant-based PLA (polylactic acid) and coated with vegan candelilla wax, making it compostable where industrial composting facilities are available.

4. Can I use the bamboo toothbrush on sensitive gums?
Yes. The castor bean oil bristles are soft and gentle, making them suitable for sensitive teeth and gums.
